Betsy Palmer, born Patricia Betsy Hrunek on November 1, , in East Chicago, Indiana, was an American actress known for her roles in the television game show "I've Got a Secret" and as Pamela Voorhees in the slasher film series "Friday the 13th".

Betsy Palmer was the daughter of Mary Love, the founder of Chicago Business College, and Rudolph Vincent Hrunek, a chemical engineer and immigrant from Czechoslovakia.
